The most important map I ever ignored was the one telling me to stay in my lane.
In my final year of engineering, the thought of a predictable desk job scared me. I realized I was living in a small world, so I stepped out of my comfort zone and moved into design. It was the first time I saw how the world actually functions and the real impact designers bring to it.
That choice shifted everything. Design became my passport and since then it has taken me across borders, introduced me to a global community of creators, and gifted me those unexpected aha moments that keep me grounded.
I spent 4+ years alongside an incredible team at a global leader in automation, helping design workflows that run 400M+ automations annually.
Currently, I’m at CCA in San Francisco, pursuing my Master of Design in Interaction Design. I am choosing to stick with that feeling of discovery, learning and unlearning as I go.
